Estimate your rebate

Three dates settle most cases. Send them over and we’ll tell you which programs apply, roughly what you’re owed, and whether any deadline is running.

Free, and you’ll get a straight answer — including when the answer is no.

Question 1 of 4

What are you claiming for?

We’ll come back to you with an assessment, usually within one business day. No cost, no obligation, and we’ll tell you plainly if you don’t have a claim.

What happens next

  1. 1. We read your dates. Which programs are live for you depends almost entirely on when you signed, closed, or broke ground.
  2. We tell you what you’re owed. A range, the programs that apply, and any deadline that’s running. Free.
  3. You decide. If there’s a claim worth making, we’ll quote a flat fee before you commit to anything.

Why we ask for dates instead of a price

Most rebate calculators ask what you paid and return a number. That number is usually wrong, because eligibility for these programs turns on timing far more than on price.

An agreement signed on March 31, 2027 qualifies for the enhanced rebate. One signed the next day doesn’t, on an identical house. A first-time buyer’s four-year lookback can flip on a closing date four months apart. A rental claim runs on when construction began, which most investors have never checked.

A price tells us the size of a rebate you may not be entitled to. Dates tell us whether you’re entitled at all — and that’s the question worth answering first.

Prefer to just call?

Three dates and about five minutes is usually enough for a straight answer.
Monday to Saturday. If we’re with a client, leave a message and you’ll hear back the same day.
